Safelite

The auto company Safelite partnered with the AI company StoryFile, to create an interactive chatbot within their help center. While working at StoryFile, I collaborated with the Safelite design team to bring their vision to life. Using Safelite’s colors and branding, I created interactive prototypes to demonstrate how the chatbot could function. Instead of searching a long list of FAQs, users can type their question into the search box. StoryFile’s AI directs users to the corresponding answer that best meets their needs, saving users time searching for their question.
